Q5:How do you charge mold fees?
- In case need to open new molds for your order, but the mold fee
will be refunded to customers when your order quantity reaches to a
certain amount.
Q6: Is it possible that I place an order less than MOQ?
- Yes, some designs are acceptable; You can send your enquiry with
order quantity to us .
Q7: How to get the quotation for my interesting item?
- You can send us an email about the item NO,order qty,packing type
,etc . Then detailed quotation sheet will be offered on that day.
Q8: What is the shipping way?
- Shipping by sea, by air, by DHL or by UPS or other express.
- For small quantities, we suggest shipping by express door to door
service as it is more favorable, fastand convenient.
